Knox Video Technologies, adding to
their line of VGA switchers, expands their presentation
series with newly designed RGBHV routers.
These 350MHz Matrix Presentation Routers (MPR)
provide full-matrix, RGBHV vertical interval switching.
Matrix configurations of 12x8 and 8x4 are available with
or without balanced stereo audio.
Audio-follows-video or may be routed separately.
Fully buffered, ultra-high bandwidth crosspoints
allow a variety of source signals including NTSC, PAL,
Y/C, YUV, VGA, and UXGA to be switched simultaneously
without any crosstalk.
Featuring wide-range H&V, high-resolution
sources such as graphics generators, PC's and
workstations may be routed to several downstream devices
such as data monitors and LCD projectors without loss of
resolution.

MPR switchers offer several control
options including front panel pushbuttons, contact
closure, and RS232 serial control.
Communicating via a simple ASCII protocol,
controlling Knox routers by most third-party systems is
seamless. Windows
software is also available for control from a laptop or
computer. Non-volatile
memory enables route patterns to be stored for later
recall. MPR
switchers also feature auto-switch and auto-search modes
that can be toggled on/off from a rear panel jumper.

Combining performance, reliability and pricing
starting at only $1995, Knox Video Technologies’ MPR
switchers are among the industry’s best values.
The MPR switchers are shipped with a standard
3-year parts and labor warranty.
