ProSwitch Series routers are
active, vertical interval switchers with either single
or dual outputs in thin profile 3RU rackmount chassis. .
The ProSwitch Series consist of five lines of
switchers each with an additional channel of video: Alpha
(composite), Beta (S-video), Gamma (component),
Delta (RGBS) and Epsilon (RGBHV).
While the Alpha and Beta switchers remain at
200Mhz bandwidth, recent engineering development has
increased the bandwidth of the Gamma, Delta and Epsilon
switchers to 350MHz .
The 350MHz, five channel Epsilon routers can also route VGA, SVGA and XGA signals. Matrix
configurations include 4x1, 4x2, 8x1 and 8x2.
The ultra-thin profile, only 1.5 inches deep,
allows for easy installation into a podium, lectern, or
cart. These
switchers are ideal for AV presentation,
teleconferencing and media retrieval applications.
ProSwitch switchers accept and
route balanced or unbalanced stereo audio.
Balanced audio headroom is +18db and uses Phoenix
connectors. Audio
may follow video or audio may be routed independently.
Easy manual operation by front panel pushbuttons,
or routing commands can be sent from a computer via
RS232 interface.
